my dad is interested in finally buying a new computer . he gave me the privelage of choosing the parts and assembling the computer and he told me the budget would be $500 -> $600 . he isn't interested in over clocking either , so i've been trying to think whether or not the Black Edition from AMD would be suited still or not. also, no plans on x2 GPU either because that would consume too much energy however he is sitll interested in dual monitor. it will be used for autoCAD and 3D Virtualization software. it's not meant to be a powerhouse computer for gaming , but more over sustainability to last for 5 years and seeing as the programs he uses aren't heavy on upgrades when updated, i don't really feel a need for large upgrades. here's what i thought of so far:

CPU: Phenom II x4 955 or Phenom II x6 1090T
Mobo: ?
GPU: ATI FirePro V4800
RAM: 2x2GB [4GB]
PSU: ?
Case: ?

unsure of what mobo so far , and as for the PSU and Case , maybe 500W and as for the Case , one with good air flow and expansions for fans .
