Hardware help on this random cart i have never sen before

i got this from a boot sale (fly market in usa i think) and i'm not sure if it is fake, or how to run it. it worked at first, and had some already put on roms on it, but now every time i run it, it, well doesn't run. its stops at gba screen. any help?
anyone know where i can get info?

try the ez-flash software, III and I/II software and see if it can connect to the cart

also , the only way i have tried putting things on the is the slot 2 browser homebrew ds. doesn't seem to work....

Did you get anything else with it, like cables or a PC attachment? These older carts without memory card slots connect directly to a computer in some way, either through an adapter, a USB cable which plugs into the cartridge or a USB cable that plugs into a GBA. Are there any ports on the cartridge, or can you see anything written on the circuit board through the plastic?
