Hacking Help on the cyclods!! PLEASE!!!

Okay, the first one worked.

Now for some reason when I try to extract the files, it shows me this message:

"CANNOT COMPLETE THE COMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDERS EXTRACTION WIZARD

Before you can extract files, you must copy files from this compressed (zipped) folder.

To close this wizard, click finish."

Can I maybe get some help on that? But before that comes up, it tells me:

"Please insert the last set of the Multi-Volume set and click ok to continue"

What does that mean? Sorry for all the questions... but I really appreciate your awnsers!

Is the ROM you downloaded a .rar file and are you using WinRAR to extract it?
This is the WinRAR version you should have downloaded: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Most likely, the file you downloaded was corrupted or you aborted the download before it finished.

I'm so sorry. I know how to print screen, I do lots of that stuff. But its not working out, so let me explain it a little better (SOOOO sorrry...)

Well, I guess what I'm trying to ask is what do I do to copy files from the zipped folder. And now its saying that my rom for pokemon dash is invalid.

Keep practising. Ask if you are stuck again. Tried the pictorial tutorial for you but it was too difficult to make one on a slow PC.

Once when you get the techniques of adding games, themes and changing settings, I can help you with SNES roms. It's important that you use CycloDS effortlessly before using SNES roms, as they are hard to use for the first time.

I think I did something VERY wrong.

Now, after finally downloading a rom, when I plug my SD card back in I get the message that it needs to be formatted. I know how to do that, but why is is asking me so much...?

And, last time I finally got two games into my cyclo, it told me that the files were too fragmented! How do I know when to stop extracting files?

Fragmented? Haven't had that messages yet. I only have CycloDS for a month or two so I'm still a newbie. So I don't know how to fix this problem. Look like you'll need to format the MicroSD.

What firmware do you have?

Sorry...but what's filmware? I don't think I have it.

Okay, switch your DS and select CycloDS. You should see the bottom of the screen saying CycloDS firmware 1.41 or whatever

If you are getting "too fragmented" errors then you need to format your uSD.
Also: According to TC, the latest FW improves this problem, so it would be a good idea to update if you haven't done so in the last week or two. latest stable FW or latest beta FW (both latest as of this post)

Lets see... I have version 1.32, and now its telling me that I need to format it again with FAT32. I guess I'll do that again, but
why does it keep telling me to format it every time I unplug it from my computer?

GEt V1.41 Beta 1. V1.32 was a mistake firmware.
