I cant delete the extdata file at the moment, I dont have a laptop or pc I can use because my laptop broke

Well, can't you just set up an ftp server on your phone/tablet (assuming you have one), and delete the extdata from there?

It did work
But I have spend money on the Nintendo Badge Arcade and its gone
Well I guess I have to hack them

extdata isn't hidden. It's found at SD:/Nintendo 3DS/Emunand's Random Numbers/Emunand's Random Numbers/extdata/.
