my daughter uses a r4 card to play roms ,recently 90% of the games will not play and say that the save file could not be accessed does she need a patch of some sort to make these work?

i tried formatting from fat to fat 32 this did not work,by 90% i mean if she has 10 roms which are new 9 of them go onto the bit which says the save file can not be accessed and 1 works

Local download of v1.18 is here. You should have a little indicator on the bottom of the menu screen that tells you what version you're currently on.

hey, no problem. Hope you can get it working. I've got a daughter myself.

I recommend you have YSMenu also placed into the R4 since that can paly games that the R4 cannot run.

its actually very easy to use ysmnu esp. with a program available here so give it a try if u still feel like u are having probs
