Hacking Help needed, left 3ds alone for a while and now I'm clueless on how to get back on track.

I'm on Luma3DS 9.1 and some sorta B9S version, dunno which. I don't have shit on my 3DS, I lost the files. What do I do? Could I start over somehow?

Hold start while booting up your 3DS and post what does the touch screen say at the bottom.
