Hacking Help Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm exits to xmb while installing game data

I have a slim ps3 running rebug 4.80 the game is on an external 500 GB hard drive that works perfectly with every other game i have but this one, i mount it with multiman and start it like normal than it gives me the message about installing the game data like normal than it stays at 0% for a minute and exits to xmb i don't know why it does that. Please help if you can!

there is no option to skip it it's necessary

Try Pkg format instead of ISO.
