Yes I know that is Letterbomb, because yesterday I installed HBC, but I'd like to read my copy of Wii games. Is it enough just to HBC and some hombrew?
cramps certainly can not board with ModMii? then why is ustaiwnieach region selection for the 4.3 (U, E, J)?

When asked if your Wii is a virgin, you can answer yes "Y" even if your Wii is not a virgin in order to re-hack your Wii and update all your Wii's softmod
Use MMM and install wad's

Modmii works on all regions and system menu versions. When your going through the modmii wizard it will ask you what region your wii is. So just make sure you pick the right region.
