You will likely have to format the SD card and that will delete everything.... you probably corrupted the card. You should have waited before trying anything. At this point try decrypt9 and see if it works. If not your only option is to format and then set the card up again then use decrypt9 for a ctrnand transfer.

1. Backup the contents of your SD card.
2. Format the SD card using SD Formatter.
3. Put your files back onto the SD card.
4. Redownload Luma3DS 8.1.1 and put the boot.firm onto the root of your SD card, overwriting it if it's already there.
5. Follow the guide exactly.

This is the most I can offer, since I don't know what nonsense you did to your SD card.

Restarted the 3ds.guide tutorial and in conjunction with the Manual Save tutorial, I now have all my data restored and my 3DS is CFW'ed and in working order. Thanks everyone! (Mod Please Close)
