Thanks a lot for reading this....

A few hours ago my Wii with d2ckey chip did work fine... Now however it shows a red light all the time and does not power on.

I did try...

Turn it on from remote (the blue lights on remote flash for a sec and later noting...)
Disconnect everything for 1 hour and reconnect the red light remain...
Try insert game disk but the did not take it.

Please help!! I do not have much money and had to import my Wii to Argentina!!

Have you tried another plug? Use it in another one (move it from your bedroom to you livingroom or something), and see if it works.

Try holding the POWER button on the Wii too...

Agreed. Try a different electrical outlet.
If that doesn't work unplug it, then try Power, or Eject.
If it still doesnt work then it most likely needs a repair.

on the title he says that he can turn on his wii no matter what he press
Maybe your wii needs fixing man

Try HOLDING the POWER button.

The wii has 3 colors on its "power led", wich are:
Green Light - Powered on and running (wii menu, games etc...)
Yellow Light - Powered on stand by mode (it's working, but waiting for you to start it. Wi-fi and other stuff works in this mode, but it looks like it's turned off)
Red Light - Powered off (The Wii is powered off. It is not functioning at all - maybe some minor functions, but I dunno)

Maybe it's having a hard time trying to go from red to green, so holding might worth the try. It won't hurt either ¬¬

BTW, when you plug your Wii onto the electrical outlet, it will always display the red led.
