Hacking help me , i can't save and load game

hi guys , please help me. my ndsi can't load save game . i use r4i sdhc dual core white . when i touch the start buttom in r4 manu it said that my sd card was error .( error code = 81 error code = 83) i have fomatted it by full format at sd fomatter but it still the same . can anyone help me , it í so uncomfortable to play nds game without loading save file ( start with new game for all )
