Honestly it looks pretty much like a Scratch game by the way everything looks and works, if it was for Android specifically it could be just being played on a browser just that it was exported with Turbowarp.
However, you say it was being played in a PC with an Android emulator, so even though it could be the exported Android version made with Turbowarp, I doubt it and if you weren't playing on a browser it makes me doubt it is a Scratch game at all, but everything looks so similar to Scratch projects...
Could you provide a bit more information? When was this video recorded? Where did you download that game (playstore, an apk from the internet or any other methods to download an app, even if you don't remember from where exactly, it would help to know something)? Why were you interested in that game or how did you ended up playing it? Why did you use an emulator (and how you were emulating it) instead of using you phone or the device you used to record this video?
