ROM Hack Help Me Find a DS Romhacking

i want to Hack Jump! Ultimate Stars.nds to change the Tsuna 6 Komas Sprite, but i not found a DS Romhacking.
Please Help me find a "Ds Rom Hacker" to make this.(Program)

Because you don't seem to be clear on this, a "DS ROM hacker" is a person. It could be you, or it could be someone else.

There's some programs out there that will make it easier but you'll still have to do it largely yourself, so I'd suggest looking for some beginner-level guides.
