Hacking [HELP] Is running this application possible any way by CFW application or something?

The name of this application is Nintendo anime Channel. It is made just for UK I think. I downloaded it from freeShop, but it doesn't work, saying something like being made for just UK in an annoying way, it does not know da wae. I totally love this application and want so much to run it. Please help

I'm guessing your using a USA console. So try maybe region swapping your 3ds

if you follow link 1, you will need some backpacks. if you follow link 2, I THINK nothing will be lost and in any case you can restore the settings to how they were before
