Hacking help installing wii USB loader on 4.2

alright I have 4.2 and HBC installed through bannerbomb (did it on first try) and I was wondering if anybody can help me install the USB Loader (thingy that helps you load the .iso of a game through an External Hard Drive).

since the page where originally I was going to use of reference because at the time I had no HD is somehow down or gone, can anyone help me regain the thing I'll need.

as a result of installing 4.2 and just re-installing HBC I think I have nothing softmodded, but I still have the wad manager 1.3

Use the latest dop-IOS MOD:

And follow the instructions for "Install an IOS that accepts fakesigning":

Then install cIOS222 as IOS38 merged with IOS37 using this installer:

Then you can launch USB Loader GX just like any other homebrew app.
