Homebrew Help Installing Homebrew on 10.3 N3DS?

This is how my current SD Card looks like

I have the Starter Kit from the Homebrew Page installed, which is labeled "starter". I also have Homemenuhax 2.1 which is labeled "3ds". The "webkithax_tmp.bin" showed up out of nowhere.

Does it look alright? Also, which save manager do I download?

Currently visiting http://yls8.mtheall.com/browserhax_fright_tx3g.php doesn't do anything but crash it.

If I need to restart from scratch that's totally fine

you´re not supposed to make a folder called starter you need to extract it on the root of the SD card

Everything inside the 'starter' folder needs to be cut and pasted into the 3ds folder. Besides the boot.3dsx; that goes on the root.

it needs to be pasted on the root because there is already a 3ds folder

No it should be in the 3DS folder.
