Hi,right now I'm using rxtool with mset and realize I need new cfw
So any one can tell me where to start ?
Pls make it simple ,I new about this

Yeah but my problem is mset
It's seem like it impossible to do anything without remove it first

Are you using an old 3DS? Just play a DS game to remove it. N3DS? Download the unpatched cia from 3DNUS and install it.
