Homebrew Help injecting hs.app into H&S

Okay, I'm on my friend's N3dsXl(sysNand - 9.2 and emuNand - 10.5 Reinand)

1. I dumped H&S to hs.app using Decrypt9WIP. (Emunand options -> Health and Safety Dump )
2. Placed hs.app + BigBlueMenu.cia in the input folder of Universal Inject Generator
3. Ran go.bat, it did it's thing. Renamed Big_Blue_Menu_with_banner as hs.app and placed in root of SD(replacing the one that was already there).
4. On 3ds, booted into Reinand, went into the H&S app (now shows as title manager when cursor is on it)
5. Opened it, and got this error.

Can anyone help me? Thanks

EDIT: Before showing the error, this appears for about 0.5s(which is the BBM menu) :

No. Booted into Decrypt9 from sysNAND and dumped H&S from emuNand options

While in decrypt you need to dump it from emunand. Than reinject and it will work

EDIT: Now that I already have the hs.app, can I just inject it directly without dumping it first?

No. Boot decrypt9 from sysNAND. Once loaded you can choose an option to dump hs from emunand.

You have to make a new one. 9.2 and 10.5 are different, thats why its not launching.

That's what I did before.
Decrypt9(booted from sysNand) -> emuNAND options -> Health and Safety Dump
Decrypt9(booted from sysNand) -> emuNAND options -> Health and Safety Inject

Am I doing anything wrong here? :o

Well... it didn't work. I tried dumping again, and this time injecting devmenu. Well it opened But it didn't work :/ It's saying this everytime I try to install anything:

Whenever I inject BBM, it gives me the error from OP, when I inject with Devmenu, this happens :/ Can anyone help?

Are you sure you have a proper downgrade? You might want to check with downgrade_checker and see if anything's wrong.
