I doubt it. However, you can manually patch the Opera DS rom for the Supercard and you'll be able to use it as RAM. It will also work by default with homebrew applications that use RAM.
For GBA games, just use the Supercard like before. The R4 won't even be used at all, so you'll need a separate miniSD card for the Supercard, and you'll need to know how to save correctly on slot-2 Supercards, etc.
