Hacking Help ID mod Chip

Hi,

Can someone please help me ID this modchip? I bought this Japanese version Wii in China with modchip already installed. I am planning to do a region change so I need to know what chip it is to know if I need to jump the region on the mod and how to do it etc..

Any ideas what chip this is?
