Hacking [Help] How to unlink nands?

I readed this in a thread but I forgot it and I cant find the thread anymore. Im using rxtools

You do it through System Settings. Doing it through the Gateway Menu would essentially relink the NANDs ^^

Did you format Emunand or Sysnand? Normally you format Sysnand to unlink, as actually you're only going to use Emunand.

I formatted emunand and it seemed like it worked.
I also installed FBI 1.3.8 over H&S. Only problem: Cant install any cia I have. How to fix this?
