- Install the latest version of XAMPP here: https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html
- Run XAMPP Control Panel and turn on Apache
- Put the homebrew files in C:\xampp\htdocs
- Go to CMD and type ipconfig /all and find your IPv4 address
- Access your homebrew by typing in your IPv4 address in the Wii U's Internet Browser.
