Homebrew [Help] Homebrew lanucher problem 10.3.0-28J

I have an old 3ds. (ver 10.3.0-28J)
Yesterday, I installed the homebrew starter kit and web-browser exploits.
The homebrew lanucher works good.

Some problem.

1. When I press home button, 3ds frozen. Long press powser button only works.
2. Hans doesn't work. But it is not important.

I am not experts. Any help document is welcomed.

You can't Home out of the homebrew channel. Just press start and then press reboot.

For HANS I never used it so I have no ideas, I'll let a more competent member help you on this subject.
