every time i download the batchDPG 1.3 beta 4.5 i get a file that doesn't let you open it, when you click on it a popup comes and says windows cannot open this file and in the properties it says its a 7Z file. How do i install the new batchDPG?

first, you need to download winrar to open it, and you cant just run 4.5, you need to install beta 4 first
