Hacking [Help] Friend's 3DS not turning on.

So it's been a year or more and my friend went from stock to A9LH. (This was before B9S was a thing)

My friend had installed A9LH but after updating to 10.4, her 3DS would no longer turn on. The LED would only just blink once for a fraction of a second. Any ideas? I know there's a fix but I don't know where to go.

Check the SD card, are the arm9 files still there?

Remember the latest versions of luma don't support a9lh
