Hacking Help filtering out my DSTWO folders!

I didn't know where else to post this so I hope I'm in the right place.

I need help finding out what files I need to keep and which ones I don't need.

Long story short, I lost my DSTWO a while back, but found the memory card. So I plugged it into my phone to keep it safe and play some of the ROMS I had. And today I found my DSTWO card, so I plugged the SD card into my computer and realized my phone dumped extra files on to it. So I was hoping someone could tell me what files I need on here so that it won't glitch out.

Hello, keep all folders and the ds2boot.dat file. Delete everything else.
