SmashHax is also only for N3DS.
If you're annoyed at losing custom themes, you could do like I did, and use autoboot ThemeHax to boot into mashers' GridLauncher, in which you can set a theme. Hopefully your home menu theme wasn't too elaborate, because you might not be able to replicate every aspect of it in mashers' launcher, but it's growing continually and has lots so far!
Can set custom background images for both screens, can set custom borders for icons, custom colors for everything, can set custom icons for the menu buttons too, and sound/music may even be added later on, so it's gonna be awesome and a good replacement for the default 3DS's home menu, imo.
I was annoyed at having to lose my custom theme, but I think mashers' GridLauncher is a great replacement.
