Hacking HELP, EMERGENCY PLUGIN ISSUE

Hey, so I bought my PSV yesterday, and I modded it. I applied a plugin that enables ds3 usage.

It disabled my Vita controls AND the DS3 controller wont work on it.
So, I tried deleting everything on my Memory Card and Internal Card. Not working, AND my stuff it GONE

Now what? Do I update to 3.70? (I'm on 3.6.0. luckily) or do I Restore the entire CONSOLE?
Please, I'm scared about this not working out (120 dollars dow the drain..)

I had installed MiniVitaTV, ds3Vita and ds4vita nothing else relates to controls.
and all of my programs are gone, I can boot into henkaku online. But as I said no controls work
