You could load it up in Photoshop to do that. I think the online image editor Pixlr will do it too.

204 hours into the game, I got as far as meeting Valentine in Diamond City as far as the main story is concerned. I sidequested a ton and spent a lot of time on citybuilding. And this was all at launch, before there was even any DLC yet. So that's all a mystery to me
