Can someone tell me now to copy flies like update and dlc not used ftp i not have wifi so i can't used ftp but i can copy vpk used qcma but i can't copy update became have to copy to ux0:app and qcma can't please Help

If I understand right, you can already copy data using qcma on your Vita (even dlc and updates).
Your only problem, if I understand it correctly, is that you can't directly copy data to ux0:app.

If this is the case, then you just should use modecularShell to move the files on your Vita to this position.

I copy game vpk used format mp4 and make to vpk again to installed but flie update can't make like that but you say i can move flie used modecularshell from mp4 folder to ux0:app?

So i make update format to mp4 and used vita shell to make original format again and move it used modecularshell to ux0:app sorry my bad English
