Homebrew Help change savegame region

Hello, I need someone to help me.
I was playing wih 5.5.0, using loadiine to load Zelda BoTW.
My Zelda BoTW game was in USA region, but my console has EUR region.
I've recently updated to 5.5.3 and installed haxchi and WUP Installer to play games from main menu.
So, I installed Zelda BoTW but with EUR region (because I've read that you have to install the games in the same version as the Wii U is, and now the old USA savegame does not work with my EUR BoTW.
So, it looks like I have to dump my loadiine game and transfer it from USA to EUR region.
I've tried to use saviine to dump the USA 'userdata.dat', so I enter in the homebrew launcher and launch the saviine hack.
But then, when I launch again the haxchi to launch homebrew launcher, it get's stuck and in the pc server application I can see like if the server detected a game to dump.

The Title ID that it shows is: 00050000-10198D00 (when I try to open haxchi after launching saviine)

Maybe someone can help me if I send him my USA BoTW savegame and he/she dumps the savegame and sends me back the userdata.dat to inject in my EUR installed game.

Is it possible?
