Hardware (help) Can't Play Wii Games?

Well, I was playing with my Wii (modded) with a Copied game the other night. everything was working...

the next day i turn it on.(No GAME inside)
and an Error pops up?
"An Error Occurred, Please eject the disc and restart your Wii, or look in the trouble shooting manual"

I thought it was weird... so i decided to try putting a game inside before it pops up.

but it still came up.

any suggestions on how to fix this situation?

Any homebrew installed? I had this issue with the new backup loader (when games are in, though) while sitting on the menu. Might be a similar issue.
