Gaming HELP Cannot go online on SSB 3DS

Please someone help! I cannot play online on Super Smash Bros 3DS. It asks me to agree to the User Agreement, which I do, but it still says I have to agree to the User Agreement to play online.

Download EULA Setter from TitleDB (there's a browser baked into FBI) and set your agreement settings to ff:ff, lemme know if that works

If you used it, you mustn't have used it right apparently. EULA setter is just a legal way to manually set agreement settings, config.cia can do that too, it's just part of the SDK /shrug
