HELP! I have a N3DS XL version 11.2U with A9LH and Luma, but I can't access Luma Chainloader or Luma Config. I just get a black screen. It all started when I got a Fatal Error and the system started to act weird. Eventually I was getting an error saying "CTRNAND Firm is corrupted" and Then it went to the black screen. Any ideas?

If you can't access Luma at all, your only hope may be to restore a NAND backup (or CTRTransfer in case you don't have one, but it may not work) through NTRBoot...

You need an AceKard 2i or R4i Gold RTS, and another (New) (3/2)DS(i). And then follow 3ds.guide as if you were installing CFW for the first time with NTRBoot. When you get to installing Luma, instead of continuing as normal, use GodMode9 to restore a NAND dump.

Why Do I need another DS? Also does DS Lite work?

Explain how we can inject NTRboot on non hacked consoles.
By running a .nds homebrew app on the very same flashcard that is to be flashed. The "un-flashing" is what needs to be done on the hacked 3DS after the whole ordeal, unless you have an original DS or DSL, in which you can leave the .nds app running after ejecting the card

you can also do it with just a 3ds
If they use R4, then yeah. If they go with the AceKard 2i, it won't run on a 3DS over firmware 4.2.0

So I just need to have a flashcard, My bricked 3ds, another DS that can use the flashcard and all the files needed? Also is it ok that my 3ds has CFW, because the guide says you need specifically a device on stock firmware:

"What you need
  • Your ntrboot compatible flashcart
  • Two devices
    • The source NDS / NDSL: the Nintendo DS or Nintendo DS Lite which is compatible with your flashcart
    • The target 3DS: the 3DS family device on stock firmware
  • The latest release of ak2i_ntrcardhax_flasher (standard flasher; not the dsi flasher)"

You also need your old NAND backup if you're using that, or a CTRTransfer dump otherwise. And you're only following the guide until you have B9S running so that you can run GodMode9 to restore those dumps

I'm still confuse about something. If you use Godmode9 to restore a nand backup that was made when the system had a9lh will that remove b9s and put a9lh on it again? how does that work?

how do I get a CTRTransfer dump? Or am I "screwed"?
I believe the guide has a CTRTransfer section, which includes 9.2.0 dumps for every region. If you have no NAND dumps of your own, it's your only option, but it's not guaranteed to work. I would also advise you to make a dump of your current bricked NAND for safekeeping, in case another solution pops up eventually.
How far into the guide do I have to follow? Also if this works will I have to change from A9LH to B9S?
Install B9S and the current version of Luma3DS which you will use to boot GodMode9 through its chainloader. Yes, the whole process involves installing B9S through NTRBoot, which you can then use to run Luma, and subsequently GodMode9.

OK, Thank You I think that I have got everything figured out!

WAIT!! I am also doing this on a bricked O3DS 11.2 without A9LH... What do I do? Also I tried to put a magnet on the sensor of the O3ds and when I do, it doesn't turn on when I press the power button.
