Hi All,

Decided to give the haxchii install ago.
Managed to get haxchii installed, followed kaflukes instructions.
Started stage 3 for backing up sysnand, but launching haxchii just leaves a black screen with -5 in corner of screen.
Unsure what i've done wrong.

Even though it worked for installing haxchii ? it was only when I installed the NAND dump folder bud
Minus error is always SD related. Somethings wrong with your SD. Either the folder setup is wrong or it could be a filesystem error but whatever is causing it HaxChi is telling you that it can't find what it's looking for on the SD. What does the config.txt say? What is the default set to?

Ok, couple of things please.
1. Do all the dumped files have to stay on the sd, or can I just copy and save them on my pc?
2. I have downloaded the Wii U usb helper but cannot run the file as keeps stating application error?

1. I think you can copy them over to the pc, and put them back in the sd ijn case of need.

2. You can use other alternatives to download games from NUS, like uTikDownloadHelper.Way more simple UI and the only "drawback" is that you must copy the folder to the sd manually.

Like @AzerothArg said. Copy them to your PC for safe keeping.

Personally I always found Wii U USB Helper the easiest to use but it's your call. Not sure why it would fail for you. Maybe try a different PC?
