Homebrew [HELP] All custom theme sounds working except...

Hey guys. The custom sfx i'm using in a custom theme is all working EXCEPT for the "Open 3DS" sound. When I dump the .cwavs from the theme itself, the sound is a part of it, meaning it's there but wont play. I've already tried amplifying the original .wav and reconverting it, but that doesn't work either. HELP ME PLEASE.
