Homebrew [HELP] 3DS SoundExample

So I've been working on a really dumb homebrew for myself.
I want to use sounds on it so I looked up on Google and found https://github.com/clank201/SoundExample3DS/
I downloaded the source and binary, 3DSlinked, and it freezes on a red screen.
I copied some code over and it freezes on a red screen.
I'm pretty sure it's not the .bin file thats causing it because I used the .bin from the github presented.

Convert the music with audacity to other uncompressed files, in raw Mono Signed 16-bit PCM format and at a frequency of 48000Hz. Then, start the homebrew, and press the A button.

Use the official examples. Those are guaranteed to work on an up-to-date devkit.

Unfortunately, it (3ds-examples/SoundExample) uses the csndPlaySound() function, and it's mono only (if you find a way to plays stereo files...?).
