Hardware Help! 3DS Screen not Turning On!

after step 7 just push the card back down.
As for the screen, you can try to reseat the bottom screen cable.

Nope, apparently it wasn't the WiFi card. I tried reseating it. Where exactly is the bottom LCD screen cable located?

Well, I'm going to try restoring a NAND dump through Hourglass9 first, to see if that works. The weird thing is that Hourglass9 works, but the bottom screen "dragon" image doesn't appear. It just looks like a bunch of glitched out horizontal lines. I will try restoring to my sysnand and see if it works and I will post any updates here.
