Homebrew [Help] 3DS Remote Desktop

I ned help because, the homebrew can't conenct on my computer...
I put th IP adress and the port and two errors appear...
My 3DS have a problem, anyone can help me to resolve this ?

Do you have firewall enabled on your pc?
