Hacking HELP! 3DS CFW REINTALL

help! i have a cfw 3ds a few days ago but i accidentally change user name and birthday
and can't boot to cfw anymore
can i install again the cfw in my 3ds? my friend is the one who made my 3ds cfw
i can't ask my friend to do it again for some reason:/
don't know how to start or what to look for and i don't have any flashcard
but i know that it can be done without a flashcard maybe?
btw my 3ds is 4.5 and it's from japan

Most likely you only need to re-install the DS Profile exploit. Use the web installer and it should work fine.

Try reinstalling the DS Profile exploit using your DSflashcard, the only issue should be that the profile has been changed and no longer loads the CFW.

If you don't have a DS Flashcard, then I don't know. I thought I saw a way to install it using another method but I may have remembered wrong.

already format my sd card i'm using for my 3ds but i have it backup also the nand things
if i put it back do it still works after i reinstall the ds profile exploit thing?

i whatched this video to install the ds Profile exploit
i followed 1 to 10 but can't go out to step 10
i keep getting an error when i click the DS Profile

already try this one but when i click the ds profile "An Error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart."can you please tell me what im doing wrong?
