Homebrew Hello!

I haven't been on the forum in a while and would like to inquire on how the scene has evolved.

If you don't remember I bricked my 2ds around say... 4-6 months ago and it has been sitting around collecting dust. I have all the stuff to hard mod it except money. I have A LOT of NAND backups which are just waiting to be flashed when I get a hard mod. But I have a few questions:

1. Can I Flash bin's? As my NAND backups are bins. If not can I convert them to ISO then IMG?

2. vb_encryption_vb has blocked me (Long story, i'm sorry, my fault) can someone contact him to unblock me, thx! :3

3. If I choose to do it myself (Which I can, my brother can help me to) how hard would you say it is?

A9LH can now be installed on N3DS without the OTP, and it can now be used without the SD Card.

DS/DSi mode:
DS Forwarders has been getting support for more flashcards, and we're now able to run old homebrew ROMs that use DLDI (like MegaETk) from SD Card, but what's coming in the future is retail DS ROM loading from SD Card.

If the SD Card isn't inserted, A9LH will try to read arm9loaderhax.bin (a Luma nightly build is recommended) from NAND, and to copy it to NAND, use FBI or GodMode9.
