I've been interested in programming on the gba for a while, but sadly I found most of the stuff on TONC way over my head a while back. After studying C for about a year and doing some simple programming stuff, I've finally decided to try to tackle GBA/NDS programming again.

Anyways, hi GBAtemp! I'll probably be hanging around the homebrew sections of the board mostly.

    haha, wow, fast replies.

I'm glad that there's such an active community, although I suppose focus on the GBA has decreased quite a lot in recent years (esp. with the recent release of the 3DS [IMG])

Good luck, looking forward to seeing your projects. Don't hesitate to post if you encounter a problem.

No control over memory (might as well stop reading here actually, Java is always sub par due to this) when there's a total of 288kB/4MB RAM, fuck yeah.
