i have 2 nintendo 3ds xl i have homeberw in ver 11.5.0.38u can i have fbi freeshoop and boot9strap or luma

am add all file too have boot9strap but when i power on 3ds the boot not work i doo all correct steps

You can't install B9S on 11.5 without a R4i Gold 3DS or a second hacked 3DS.
