The easiest way to know if your Nand is link or unlink is to install a CIA game. Unwrapped your gift and restart your console. If your game is wrapped that means it is link.

Only for n3ds, o3ds and 2ds supports 10.3.

Do you have games installed on emunand that don't show up in sysnand?
If you answered yes to that question, then yes, your nands are unlinked.

To figure out which one is your emunand, look at which folder is bigger.
