Homebrew Hekate & Sandisk New 2TB cards

update: issue related to chip fw, flashing with latest spacecraft fork made the card usable.

Hi friends,

So I got a new 2TB Sandisk extreme straight from their official eshop and migrated my old card on it.

However, I cannot boot into Hekate. Modchip logo at start up (Boot.dat?).

I got into Hekate through old card and then did a hotswap to check diagnostics. Hekate tool can’t read card in FAT32, but it can read it fine in exFAT.

If I launch CFW in either FAT32 or exFAT (after hotswap) it launches perfectly fine and I can get into Atmosphere, everything works.

So either Hekate or modchip firmware do not play well with the new 2TB cards. Just a PSA, any ideas welcome.

Open a issue on hekate repo or conctat @SciresM on discord, he can help you to address if is a problem of timing or something like that.

I do recommend you to test the card, even from official shop I had received DOA cards.
