There currently isn't an updated pokepatch version to support HG/SS for palpark. In short you don't.

Wow, this is a confusing thread. Are you trying to link HG/SS and R/S/E together? Or are you trying to play GBA games on a DS? In the latter case, you have to get a GBA expansion pack. In both cases, you should get a new flashcart; DSLinker sucks.
