Hacking HeartGold freezing

I just got heartgold in my dstwo and im getting the piracy freezes. I have the latest EOS and I have it patched to 1.4.3U
and I have the firmware upgrade thing. I've tried several different heartgolds but I can't seem to play 5 minutes without
being interrupted. The cheats are off and I've tried both in Clean/Patch to no avail.

Try another game. Your DSTWO might be broken.

I have other games and I haven't experienced this type of problem before. Etrian Odyssey 3, SMT, Both Advance Wars, Fire Emblem, Harvest Moon, Rune Factory 3.

Hmm, never heard of that problem before...
Maybe you should try the Japanese ones. Did you already try some 'anti-piracy-patches'?
