Hacking Health screen help

I cant find a good tutorial for Healthii installer, I keep getting errors and some times it doesn't work, could some one make me a system menu pleasee

I have preloader 0.27 installed and softmii tweaks enabled I am also running a 3.2E wii

I found the image on WADer.net I think its by Josala21

Oh and a custom "press A" would be great

did you use healthii and your system menu to make it? if so just name the file 0000004x.app and you can use softmii tweaks to install it. also remember you need your system menu set to English for it to work. hope this helps you!!

Yep I used my system menu to try and make it. But I got an error message I think it had the number 56, and my system menu is in English.

Well, if you have Preloader already installed why don't you just try CrazyIntro.
It loads a picture and an mp3 file on SD, just like Healthii, but is much more secured since it can't brick your Wii.
You can also boot in SystemMenu or HBC if A or B is pressed and launch 4 other homebrew of your choice with the d-pad:

I think i bricked my wii using healthii to change the health screen anyone know how to fix this
i turn on the wii i get a black screen and it hangs if i boot and hold y on gc controller i get 3.2(usa) in bottom left corner
Can anyone help
