Just move the files to their respective folders manually :

usb:/wbfs/MariokartWii [RMCP01]/RMCP01.wbfs
(you don't need to move the .txt file, you already know which game it is because the title is in the folder)

OR

delete the folders and keep only the files located in the /wbfs/ folder.

usb:/wbfs/RMCP01.wbfs
(the .txt file is here only to tell you which game it is, it's not used by the loader)

I already tried that and it didn't work. that's how the hdd is setup now. I have 2 usb loaders one says it cant load the partition but it sees the partition it just wont let me load it, its a ctf v70r65 the other is a GX and it see the hdd but says there are no games on it.

How about this Ill just rehack it. Ill use what ever software yall recommend can you please link me to where to go?

that won't help, factory reset doesn't reset the system file, it only deletes the savegames, channels and reset the wii settings.
it keeps all the IOS and cIOS.

  1. Installing The Homebrew Channel (HBC) and Bootmii

  2. If using BootMii as Boot2 to install the HBC, turn on your Wii with the SD Card inserted and BootMii will load. Go To the SD menu and load bootmini.elf. This will load the Hackmii Installer allowing you to reinstall the HBC.

  1. I put in the SD card and powered off the wii and restarted it... the sd didn't load... -.-

ok got it to load everything but still have the same problem. still cant load the usb with the cfg loader it came with. it sees the hdd but that's all.

I used a backup thumb drive I have and it worked! kinda... it loaded saw that I had a game installed (I had 4) I tried to load the game and the screen went black... And everytime I load the MMM it says current cIOS is 236... I thought it was suppose to be 249...

MMM is using the slot236 to function properly
USBLoaders are using the slot249 to function properly
that's providing different features for different programs.

The Wii has 257 slots where "IOS" (system files) can be installed into. some IOS are specific to certain programs or games, some others are specific to system menu, etc.
not all slots are used, but only one IOS is loaded at the same time. Other installed IOS are not affecting the "current" loaded IOS for that program.
A program requires one IOS which provides the hardware communication functions to interact with the console (wiimote, hdd, memory, wifi, etc.).

MMM uses the IOS installed in the slot236 to get memory access to extract and install WAD's file content into the console.
USBLoaders uses IOS installed in slot249 to get USB access to load games from usb instead of disc.

Update*
Ok now I added a small NTFS partition and it worked! It now sees all the games! But Ive tried twice now to load Call of duty and I just get a black screen... And when trying to load any other game it just sends me to the wii home screen.

PS. the loader the modmii came with didn't work I had to install the GX loader.

Call of duty games require a cIOS based on IOS57 (which is usually installed in slot250 if you used modmii).
Remember when I said that some game or program require specific and different IOS? that's the case for call of duty.

Go to the settings for that game or your loader settings and set the game's IOS to 250.

I don't know why it sends you back to home screen, you probably did something wrong.
bad cIOS install, or bad filename, or your drive require an external power source (try Y-cable to get additional power), or your file are write protected, it could be a lot of possibilities.
Without details about what you did, and all the settings and setup you used, we can't help.
