I have a 500GB Seagate FreeAgent. I formatted the whole thing in WBFS format. I have over 100 games loaded on it.

Now, my question is...is it possible to now add a 20GB NTFS partition to it? I tried to use partition magic but it said that none of the drive was being used (which is false). If I create a 20GB partition I'm afraid it's going to overwrite some games because it has no idea what space on the drive is currently being used...any ideas?

I would try something outside of windows that could see more of the drive, like gparted. It's a live bootup linux distro for formating. It could find the unused space and format it to what you want.
